选才用人其决窍在于选拔能人,用其所长。用人所长要有一个“自为”和“他为”的双向努力问题,笔者仅从“他为”的角度,论述基层防疫站长在指挥管理整个卫生防疫工作实践中,如何选好科室人员或科主任,使之适位、适时、适度三方面去用人之所长。 (一) 清代诗人顾嗣协在其《杂兴》诗中曰:“骏马能历险,力田不如牛,坚车能载重,渡河不如舟。舍长以就短,智者难为谋。生材贵适用,慎勿多荷求。”这首诗形象地说明了一个浅显的道理,即用人必须适才适位。在实际工作中,不难发现,人的知识、经验、能力甚至个性等各具所长。具有类型之分和大小之别。作
