目的 :为进一步认清喉内淋巴管分布 ,为喉癌治疗提供理论依据。方法 :在 17具胎儿、婴幼儿尸体上用淋巴管间接注射法对喉内淋巴管网进行了研究。结果 :声门上区各部淋巴管丰富 ,交织成网 ,且相互吻合。声带游离缘无淋巴管 ;声带表面有数条与声带平行的淋巴管 ,其前后端交织成网 ;声带内侧面淋巴管丰富 ,交织成网 ;声带游离缘两侧的淋巴管网于前联合部粘膜下、声带突粘膜上下吻合。声门下区淋巴管网丰富 ,交织成网。结论 :喉内各部淋巴管分布不同 ,但彼此吻合
Objective: To provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of laryngeal cancer in order to further understand the distribution of lymphatic vessels in the throat. Methods: The lymphatic network of the larynx was studied by indirect lymphatic injection on 17 fetuses and infants. Results: The supraglottic lymphatic vessels are rich in various parts, intertwined into a network, and mutual agreement. Vocal cord free edge without lymphatic vessels; vocal cords on the surface of the lymphatic vessels parallel to the vocal cords, the front and rear ends of the interwoven into a network; vocal cord medial lymphatic vessels rich, interwoven into network; vocal cord on both sides of the lymphatic network at the junction before the mucosa Under the sudden, the vocal fold mucosa up and down anastomosis. Subglottic lymphatic network is rich, woven into a network. Conclusion: The distribution of lymphatic vessels in different parts of larynx is different, but they coincide with each other
