随着经济社会的飞速发展变化,来自农村的年轻劳动力者把城市当成是自己的家园,使农村社会建设相对滞后、公共服务资源匮乏的问题凸显;农村农民基本能解决温饱,可是对农村居住条件和生产发展生活环境也提出新的要求。基于这样的背景,本文从吉林省新型农村社区建设问题研究以长春市朝阳农村社区为例,采用定量研究与定性研究相结合的方法,对建构稳定、和谐、富裕的农村社区提出建设性意见。
With the rapid development of economy and society, young laborers from rural areas regard their cities as their own homes, making the construction of rural areas lagging behind and highlighting the lack of public service resources. Rural peasants can basically provide enough food and clothing, but their living conditions in rural areas And production and development of living environment also put forward new requirements. Based on this background, this article takes the rural community construction in Chaoyang, Changchun as an example, from the research on the construction of new rural communities in Jilin Province. By using the method of combining quantitative research with qualitative research, this paper puts forward constructive suggestions to construct a stable, harmonious and prosperous rural community.
