苯乙烯与一缩二乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯进行本体和不同溶剂中的交联共聚。研究了动力学、凝交化和相分离性质。测得两种单体的竞聚率(60℃)分别为0.54和1.85。测得凝胶化时间及转化率及交联剂浓度的关系。并研究了交联剂和溶剂对反应过程和产物结构的影响。还对一些实验事实用微凝胶理论作了解释。
Styrene and diethylene glycol dimethacrylate are crosslinked in bulk and in different solvents. Kinetic, clouding and phase separation properties were investigated. The reactivity ratios (60 ° C) of the two monomers were measured as 0.54 and 1.85, respectively. The relationship between gelation time and conversion and cross-linker concentration was determined. The effects of cross-linking agent and solvent on the reaction process and product structure were also studied. Some experimental facts are also explained by the microgel theory.
