市文物局立项课题《清初以来北京地区城乡契约文书资料汇编与研究》,在各级领导的重视、关心和支持下,近来进度较快。今年将完成全部契约登帐入库和清代土地契约集的结题工作。此课题的资料全部为馆藏契约。时间跨度自清代顺治五年(1648年)至1963年,前后三百余年。数量大,计15000份左右。种类多,内容丰富,诸如土地、房屋的买卖契、典当契、租佃契、折产书、煤窑业及商业合同及其契据凭证等等。据此,拟分为几个集子,分别完成。其中,清代的土地契约资料,也就是正在进行的这一集,时间自清康熙二十八年至清代灭亡,计3000
