目的:探讨槲皮素(Qu)对人肝癌HepG2细胞的作用及其对人肝癌HepG2细胞化疗效果的影响。方法:体外培养传代人肝癌细胞系HepG2细胞,以甲基噻唑基四唑(MTT)法和荧光染色法检测不同浓度Qu及联合阿霉素(ADM)对HepG2细胞抑制率和细胞凋亡率的影响,并进行比较。结果:Qu能抑制人肝癌HepG2细胞生长,诱发细胞凋亡,能提高抗HepG2细胞化疗效果。结论:Qn具有抗肝癌HepG2细胞和化疗增敏作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of quercetin (Quercetin) on human hepatoma HepG2 cells and its effect on the chemotherapeutic effect of human hepatocellular carcinoma HepG2 cells. Methods: HepG2 cells were passaged in vitro. MTT assay and fluorescent staining were used to detect the inhibitory rate and apoptotic rate of HepG2 cells treated with different concentrations of Qu combined with doxorubicin (ADM) Impact and compare. Results: Qu could inhibit the growth of HepG2 cells, induce the apoptosis of HepG2 cells and enhance the anti-HepG2 cell chemotherapeutic effect. Conclusion: Qn has anti-hepatoma HepG2 cells and chemosensitivity.
