JIS·SKD11(相当于我国的Cr12MoV)钢目前仍处于精密冲压模具用钢的主导地位,但是由于使用条件的进一步苛刻化,在耐损伤性、耐咬合性等方面出现了许多问题,使其在精密冲压模具上应用受到了很大程度的限制。为了克服这些问题,各公司开发了多种最新的冷作模具钢,其代表是高温回火冷作模具钢“DC53”。它已在多种用途中得到了肯定,而且其应用实例还在继续扩大。下面简要介绍有关“DC53”的特性。
