下颌阻生智齿拔除后,最常见的并发症是干槽症。本文采用自制复方洗必泰明胶海绵预防和治疗干槽症,效果显著,现报告如下: 一、处方及配制方法: 1 复方洗必泰明胶海绵1号醋酸洗必泰粉0.6克白芨粉3克薄荷脑0.5克氟美松1.25毫克盐酸达克罗宁0.1克明胶海绵4块 2 复方洗必泰明胶海绵Ⅱ号醋酸洗必泰粉0.6克雷佛奴尔0.3克白芨粉0.5克青黛粉1克氟美松1.25毫克盐酸达克罗宁0.2克明胶海绵4块配制方法:将洗必泰、雷佛奴尔、白芨粉、青黛粉和达克罗宁用温生理盐水10毫升溶解后与氟美松液混合,置于瓶内,取95％乙醇1.5毫升溶解薄
