尊敬的宋善云书记，王元新校长，各位代表：在座的各位我们都是老朋友了．自从去年5月份第四次恳谈会结束之后，已经一年多不见了，今天我们在大连最美好的季节，相聚在大连市委党校这么一个美丽的校园，非常高兴。刚才聆听了宋书记热情洋溢的致辞，让我们对大连又增加了一份亲近感，加深了了解。
