当代企业在人力资源管理方面遇到的最迫切的问题之一就是如何健全激励机制。高效激励机制的建立和完善,可以很大程度上的提高企业的向心力和凝聚力,使企业持续健康发展,提高企业核心竞争力。有效的激励机制与企业价值之间存在着相辅相成、相互作用的密切关系。只有有效激发员工的工作动机,充分调动企业员工的积极性和创造性,才能吸引、留住人才,更好地实现企业的战略目标。本文对企业人力资源管理方面的激励进行了探究,提出合理完善人力资源管理激励机制的建议措施。
One of the most pressing problems contemporary enterprises face in human resources management is how to perfect the incentive mechanism. The establishment and perfection of highly efficient incentive mechanism can greatly improve the enterprise’s centripetal force and cohesion, enable the enterprise to develop sustainably and healthily, and enhance its core competitiveness. There is a close relationship between effective incentive mechanism and enterprise value that complement each other and interact with each other. Only by effectively motivating staff motivation, fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of employees in order to attract, retain talent and better achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise. This paper explores the incentive of human resource management in enterprises, and puts forward the recommended measures to reasonably improve the human resource management incentive mechanism.
