“赢得值原理”作为一项项目管理技术已在国内外工程公司中广泛采用,通过对项目在各时点上的执行效果实施定量评估,使项目的进度、费用执行情况一目了然,便于控制。本文分析了在阿贝尔50万吨/年苯乙烯施工总承包项目上应用“赢得值原理”的情况,为石化工程同类项目提升项目管理水平提供了很好的指导作用。
As a project management technology, “Winning Value Principle” has been widely used in engineering companies at home and abroad. Through the quantitative evaluation on the implementation effect of the project at various time points, the progress of the project and the implementation of the expenses are clear and easy to control . This paper analyzes the application of “Winning Value Principle” in Abel ’s 500,000 tons / year styrene construction general contracting project, which provides a good guide for improving the project management level of similar projects in petrochemical industry.
