在激烈的市场竞争中,公司的生存和发展除了要满足市场需求外,很重要的一点就是提升员工忠诚度,确保员工在工作中能够充分发挥自身的工作热情,激发自身的创造力。有些公司对员工忠诚度有着种种误解,认为只要单纯解决某一个具体方面的问题,员工的积极性就会提高。但治标不治本的方法会使已经频繁流动的员工忠诚度恶化,公司凝聚力和向心力遭到破坏,甚至导致人员流失,严重阻碍公司的正常运行和发展。本文根据目前公司应对员工忠诚度所面临的问题
