随着新课改的实行,对学生自主管理意识与能力的培养得到积极的重视。而要想促进学生自我管理能力的提升,合理运用小组合作学习是非常重要的。小组合作学习能够促进学生团结合作能力的提升,也能提高学生的自我管理能力。因此,应该加强对小组合作学习的运用。所以,主要分析了如何在小组合作学习中培养学生的自我管理能力,实施自我成长教育的合理建议。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, the cultivation of self-management awareness and ability of students has received positive attention. In order to promote the improvement of students’ ability of self-management, it is very important to use group cooperative study reasonably. Group cooperative learning can promote the improvement of student solidarity and cooperation, but also can improve students’ self-management ability. Therefore, we should strengthen the use of group cooperative learning. Therefore, it mainly analyzes how to cultivate students’ self-management ability in group cooperative learning and implement reasonable suggestions of self-growth education.
