在显微镜下观察高铝钛的镍基高温合金,经常发现类似蘑菇状的γ-γ′共晶组织。这种共晶组织的大小、多少和分布,直接影响到合金的性能。还发现在粗大的γ′相中有一种沉淀相析出。1964年在In-100合金中,对此作出了鉴定,认为是γ′与碳形成的一种碳化物(γ′·C),称之为“Perovsklte”。近年来,在许多实验和工业铸造镍基高温合金中,也都发现这种沉淀物。用薄膜电镜技术进行鉴定的结果,一致认为这种沉淀物是γ′中析出的γ,而不是什么γ′·C,但是其组成并不清楚。
Under the microscope to observe the high aluminum-titanium nickel-based superalloy, often found similar mushroom-like γ-γ ’eutectic. The size, amount and distribution of this eutectic structure directly affect the performance of the alloy. It was also found that a precipitated phase precipitated in the coarse γ ’phase. It was identified in In-100 alloys in 1964 as a carbide (γ ’· C) of γ’ with carbon, which is called “Perovsklte.” In recent years, such deposits have also been found in many experimental and industrial foundry nickel-base superalloys. As a result of the thin-film electron microscopy, it is agreed that this precipitate is γ precipitated in γ ’instead of γ’ · C, but its composition is not clear.
