啤酒花是一种经济价值较高的多年生草本植物。花穗主要用于制造啤酒和食品发酵,雌花还有镇静、健胃、利尿等药用价值,种子可榨油,茎皮可作造纸原料。我省种植啤酒花,主要利用排水良好的沙质壤土,条件要求较高,栽培面积不大,故酒花产量远远不能满足制造啤酒的需要。为了扩大啤酒花的栽培面积,以满足工业原料的需要和增加群众的经济收入,我所在一九八○年在盐碱地上进行试
