交通部颁发七十六面红旗公路交通战线红旗飘扬全国交通运输部门和企业以及各地人民公社运输队,在一九五九年的增产节约红旗竞赛运动和短途运输群众运动中,已取得很大的胜利,实现了比一九五八年更大更好的继续大跃进。为了继续促进一九六○年交通运输事业的全面跃进,并实现一九六○年运输生产全面红,交通部于元月二十日颁发了七十六面红旗,授予各先进集体红旗标兵单位。其中公路交通战线上得奖的有下列四十七个单位:
The Ministry of Communications issued seventy-six red-flag highway traffic fronts. The red flag fluttered across the country’s transportation departments and enterprises as well as the people’s commune transport corps across the country. In the 1959 Red Flag contest and the short-distance mass movement for mass production, a large Victory and achieved greater and better continued great leap forward than 1958. In order to continue promoting the all-round leap forward in transport in 1960 and achieving full red transport in transport in 1960, the Ministry of Transport awarded 76 red flags on January 20 to the advanced collective red flag units .
