用百合的鳞茎和根尖作为外植体进行组培快速繁殖实验:选用MS培养基为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的激素,接种后进行对照试验。结果表明:鳞茎在所有的外植体中愈伤组织的诱导率最高;百合鳞茎愈伤组织的最佳培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L。
Lily bulbs and root tips were used as explants for rapid propagation of tissue culture experiments: selection of MS medium as the basic medium, adding different concentrations of hormones, after inoculation control experiments. The results showed that callus induction rate was the highest in all the explants. The best culture medium of lily callus was MS + 6-BA 1.0 mg / L + NAA 0.5 mg / L.
