随着我国客运专线的全面建设,尤其是武广客运专线以及京沪高速铁路在建设中广泛采用无砟轨道的成功实例,无砟轨道以其稳定性、高平顺性和耐久性好的特点,成为客运专线轨道结构的主流,而无砟轨道中500 m长钢轨的铺设对新技术新工艺和设备在现场施工中的运用尤其提高了工程进展的效率,体现了无砟轨道的优越性能,现结合国内外无砟轨道长钢轨铺设的技术特点,特别是结合我工程单位施工的武广和京沪超过1200 km长钢轨铺设的成功经验,对长钢轨铺设过程中运用的新技术新工艺以及施工要点进行探讨和研究,为今后我国无砟轨道的长钢轨铺设提供必要技术支持。
