《基础教育课程改革纲要》明确指出:改变课程实施过于强调接受学习、死记硬背、机械训练的现状,倡导学生主动参与、勤于动手、乐于探究,培养学生的自主学习能力和创新能力。这种学习方式的转变,还意味着必须关注学生创新能力的培养,要高度重视培养学生的创新能力,以促成自主学习能力的真正形成。创新意识和创新能力的培养应该成为教育的本义和灵魂,成为素质教育的核心内容。
The Essentials of Basic Education Curriculum Reform states clearly that changing the implementation of the curriculum places too much emphasis on the current situation of learning, rote memorization and mechanical training, advocating the active participation of students, being diligent and willing to explore and cultivating students’ autonomous learning ability and innovative ability. This shift in learning style also means that we must pay attention to the cultivation of students ’innovative abilities and attach great importance to the cultivation of students’ innovative abilities in order to promote the formation of autonomous learning abilities. The cultivation of innovative awareness and innovative ability should become the original meaning and soul of education and become the core content of quality education.
