我厂一台旧调压变压器,额定容量9620KVA,一次电压10KV,二次电压0~14.5KV可调。无载开关分3个大档,每个大档中有载开关17级,1~17级为升压,17~1为降压。有载开关采用电动操作,由3相交流电机传动。为了准确停车,原有载控制电路采用二相反接制动,由于电路本身的缺陷及其它原因,经常会出现电机正转、反转反复进行的现象,如本来想升压,启动按钮后,却出现升压、降压来回动作,严重地威胁着变压器的安全运行。1991年初,将其改为能耗制动,使用了半年多,从没有出现上述现象,消除了一大安全隐患。
