胰腺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,45～65岁多见。近年来,其发病率在不断上升,占消化道恶性肿瘤的8%～10%。遗憾的是胰腺癌不容易被早期发现,当获得确诊时,十之八九已向周围脏器肝、胆道、胃扩散,根治手术的范围相当大。如已通过淋巴、血液、神经鞘而向远处转移,则只能作姑息治疗。资料显示,症状出现后,患者平均寿命只有9个月。
Pancreatic cancer is one of the most common malignancies. It is more common in 45-65 years old. In recent years, its incidence has been rising, accounting for 8% to 10% of digestive tract malignancy. Unfortunately, pancreatic cancer is not easily detected early. When it is diagnosed, nine out of ten cases have spread to the liver, biliary tract, and stomach around the organs. The range of radical surgery is quite large. If it has been transferred to the distant place through lymph, blood, nerve sheaths, it can only be treated as palliative. The data showed that after the symptoms appeared, the average life expectancy was only 9 months.
