公路是社会发展必不可少的桥梁,公路部门的发展也关乎国家命运和前途。随着经济发展和社会进步,当前的公路部门也处于一个新的转型时期,面临着新的机遇和挑战。在这一转型过程中,做好公路部门职工的思想政治工作是保证公路部门在转变过程中缓解冲击,顺利平稳迈入新阶段的重中之重。本文针对当前公路部门职工中存在的思想问题以及原因进行了初步分析,并探讨了加强公路部门职工思想政治建设的一些针对性建议。
The road is an indispensable bridge for social development. The development of the highway sector also concerns the destiny and future of the country. With the economic development and social progress, the current highway department is also in a new period of transition, facing new opportunities and challenges. In this transitional process, ideological and political work of highway staff and workers is a top priority in ensuring smooth and steady entry of the highway sector into the new stage in the process of transformation. In this paper, we analyze the ideological problems existing in the highway workers and their causes, and discuss some suggestions on how to strengthen the ideological and political construction of the workers in the highway.
