武汉预算会计研究会第二届代表大会于2008年8月28日在武汉市汉口召开。市财政局有关处室负责人,市属各区财政局领导、预算科长、国库科长,市直有关主管部门和大专院校的代表等,共90余人参加了大会。会议一致通过研究会第一届理事会所作的“坚持理论联系实际,积极服务预算国库中心工作”的工作报告,并表决通过了研究会章程修改草案。会议选举产生了由99名理事组成的第二届理事会和由39名常务理事组成的第二届常务理事会。大会选举薛耀忠任会长,王金秀(女)、谢获宝任副会长。这次预算会计研究会代表大会是和市财政系统学(协)会(包括财政、会计、珠算、农财各会)一起采取有分
The Second Congress of Wuhan Budget Accounting Research Association was held in Hankou, Wuhan on August 28, 2008. Municipal Bureau of Finance Office of the relevant person in charge, the municipal district finance bureau leadership, budget section chief, the Treasury chief, the city directly under the competent departments and tertiary institutions, a total of more than 90 people attended the meeting. The meeting unanimously passed the work report of the first session of the Research Council on “insisting on combining theory with practice and actively serving the work of the treasury center”, and passed the draft amendment to the study constitution. The meeting elected the second board of directors consisting of 99 members and the second standing board consisting of 39 standing members. The General Assembly elected Xue Yaozhong as president, Wang Jinxiu (female), Xie Bao served as vice president. The Congress of the Institute of Budget, Accounting and Accounting is taking part with the Municipal Finance System Science (Association) (including finance, accounting, abacus, and agricultural finance associations)
