随着社会的发展,新时期高校的环境、学生思想都产生了很大的变化,对高校共青团的工作也提出来新的要求,共青团作为中国共产党的助手和后备军,是党联系青年群众的重要纽带,共青团工作必须和党建工作紧密结合,适应当前形势的要求才能做好党建带团建工作。本文对新形势下的党建带团建工作的重点、难点进行梳理、分析,提出改进意见,希望可以对高校党建带团建工作提供一些帮助。
With the development of society, great changes have taken place in the environment and students’ thinking of colleges and universities in the new era, putting forward new requirements for the work of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities. As the assistant and reserve army of the Communist Party of China, the Communist Youth League is the important party to contact with the young people The link and the work of the Communist Youth League must be closely integrated with the work of party building so as to meet the requirements of the current situation so that the work of building the party and the belt can be well handled. This article sorts out and analyzes the key points and difficulties in the construction of the Party building and bringing forward the CYL in the new situation and proposes some suggestions for improvement. It hopes to provide some help to the construction of the CYL.
