眼部磁性异物的手术摘出虽然大多数都能获得成功,但少数病例由于病情比较复杂,或医者粗心,而造成误诊。为了总结经验教训,现结合临床实践分十类举例讨论之。
Although most of the surgical removal of magnetic foreign bodies in the eye can be successful, a few cases are misdiagnosed due to their complicated conditions or carelessness of the doctors. In order to summarize the lessons learned, clinical practice is now divided into ten examples for discussion.
