“没有国防,哪有厂房,有了厂房,不忘国防,国防厂房永相连。”这是四川省阿坝铝业有限责任公司董事长、党委书记兼武装部长何斌同志常说的一句话。他担任厂长、董事长20多年来,始终不渝地建民兵、管民兵、用民兵,真心实意关心支持部队和国防后备力量建设,被人们誉为“关心支持国防建设的好厂长”。
