Since entering 2016, the world economy and the Chinese economy seem to have entered a special phase of frequent black swan incidents. The global economic growth remains sluggish, roughly at the long-term average growth rate since World War II. Global capital markets suffered the worst start since the 1970s. Commodities, such as oil, also appear to have slumped. There does not seem to be any global security, growth, trade and investment situation
