近几年,山东省泰安市以乡镇财源培植为突破口和着力点,坚持开源增收与节支增效并重,多策并举,增强乡镇“自我造血”机能,增加乡镇财政收入。2005年,泰安市乡镇地方财政收入完成13.76亿元,其中工商税收达到6.69亿元,分别比上年增长45.25%和51.87%;财政收入过1000万元的乡镇达到43个,比2000年增加33个。
