论述了KF－102是大冶铁矿硫精矿有效的一种助滤剂，其适宜用量135g／t。作用机理是KF－102可使滤饼比阻降低，减弱了水化膜的影响，进而降低了滤饼的水分。同时它能改善滤饼结构，使得滤饼中物料粒度分布均匀，并使滤饼孔隙度增加了2．5个百分点，提高了过滤速度。
It is discussed that KF-102 is an effective filter aid for sulfur concentrates in Daye Iron Mine, and its suitable dosage is 135g / t. The mechanism of action is that KF-102 can reduce the specific resistance of filter cake, weaken the influence of hydration membrane and further reduce the moisture of filter cake. At the same time it can improve the structure of the filter cake, making the filter cake material particle size distribution, and the porosity of the filter cake increased by 2.5 percentage points to improve the filtration rate.
