With China’s reform and opening up to the outside world, many large enterprises in our country have embarked on a road of industrialization, collectivization, internationalization and diversification. In the meantime, many small and medium-sized enterprises have also developed like mushrooms and seized the favorable opportunity to operate domestically or internationally and directly participate in domestic and international competition. However, many enterprises are unable to extricate themselves from the laws, cultures, policies and markets of the local due to lack of understanding of the environmental and economic conditions of their investment regions and countries, or because of the light management of their management issues.
