采用对比法首次对吉林省小粒大豆的超氧歧化酶(SOD) 活力及抗营养因子胰蛋白酶抑制剂进行了分析研究。结果发现:小粒大豆各品种间超氧歧化酶活力比大粒大豆各品种间差异大,进化中的杂交种超氧歧化酶活力低于已稳定的栽培品系,小粒大豆抗营养因子胰蛋白酶抑制剂低于大粒大豆。
Using contrast method, the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and antitrophic factor trypsin inhibitor of small soybean in Jilin Province were analyzed for the first time.
