黄沁,男,湖南长沙人,14岁入读中国科技大学少年班,18岁获美国麻省理工学院全额奖学金入读美国麻省理工学院电脑硕士班。1991年获美国麻省理工学院电子工程和计算机科学硕士学位。在麻省理工学院就读期间,曾专门研究用于大型计算机的并行算法,1991年被评为该学院年度优秀学生。曾在华尔街工作8年,24岁即成为纽约培基证券最年轻的高级副总裁。在华尔街期间,曾领军与一家美国对冲基金激战,导致对方破产,成为当年美国对冲基金最大破产案之一。曾任德意志银行亚洲区董事,负责亚洲地区金融和证券投资业务。1998年,为一家香港银行成功融资2.36亿美元,被两家知名国际金融杂志《亚洲财经》和《国际证券报导》评为当年“亚太地区最佳融资运作”。1999年6月为香港一家大型房地产发展商融资3亿美元。1999年5月与当年科大“神童班”同学蒋继宁、刘民一起,创办教育类网站网大(netbig),次年被CNNIC评为中国文化教育类网站第一名,现任网大董事长兼行政总裁。
Huang Qin, male, Changsha, Hunan, 14-year-old University of Science and Technology China Youth Class, 18-year-old Massachusetts Institute of Technology received a full scholarship to attend the Massachusetts Institute of Technology computer master’s program. In 1991 by the Massachusetts Institute of TechnologyElectronics Engineering and Computer ScienceMaster. While studying at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, he specialized in parallel algorithms for large computers and in 1991 was named the Academy’s Outstanding Student of the Year. He worked for eight years on Wall Street and became the youngest senior vice president at New York-based Peggy at 24. During Wall Street, he led a fierce battle with a U.S. hedge fund, causing the other bankruptcy to become one of the largest bankruptcies of U.S. hedge funds. Served as a director of Deutsche Bank in Asia, responsible for the financial and securities investment business in Asia. In 1998, it successfully raised 236 million U.S. dollars for a Hong Kong bank and was named “the best financing operation in the Asia-Pacific region” for the same year by two well-known international financial magazines, “Asia Finance” and “International Securities News.” In June 1999, it raised 300 million U.S. dollars for a large real estate developer in Hong Kong. In May 1999, with the current “Prodigy Class” students of HKUST, Jiang Jining and Liu Min, founded the educational website netbig. In the following year, CNNIC ranked first in the website of Chinese culture and education, and now serves as Chairman and Chief Executive President.
