我厂生产的空心楼板,有工业建筑用的圆五孔,其厚度为180毫米的长向板;民用建筑用的圆五孔和七孔,其厚度为120毫米的短向板。在生产方法上,一般均用振动台加抽芯机,振捣成型。随着我国建筑事业的不断发展,这两种板的需要量日益增长。为了改进混凝土空心板生产工艺,我们遵循毛主席有关“独立自主,自力更生”的教导,因地制宜,就地取材,终于试制成功了采用低频内振快脱成型新工
The hollow floor slabs produced by our factory include round five-holes for industrial buildings, 180-mm-long longitudinal plates, and five-hole and seven-hole circular holes for civil buildings, and 120 mm short-walled plates. In the production method, generally use the vibration table plus core pulling machine, vibration molding. With the continuous development of China’s construction industry, the demand for these two kinds of boards is increasing. In order to improve the production process of hollow concrete slabs, we followed Chairman Mao’s guidance on “independence, self-reliance, self-reliance”. We adapted the measures to local conditions and took materials locally. We finally succeeded in the trial production of low-speed internal vibration and quick release molding.
