Clonorchiasis infection in the population is mainly caused by ingestion of raw fish and shrimp containing live metacercariae. As prevention and treatment work progresses, Clonorchis sinensis all over the world has dropped to a lower level [1]. Clonorchiasis metacercariae 84.70% exist in fish muscle [2]. To understand the infection of Clonorchis sinensis in fish stocks in Pingdingshan, we conducted a random sample survey in the region,
