针对某六轴全地面起重机在制动性能试验标定时制动距离偏长的问题进行分析,改进前两轴ABS的控制方式并优化该制动控制系统制动力的匹配,使该全地面起重机满足GB 7258及GB 12676中对于公路行驶车辆制动性能的要求。通过试验验证,改进优化后的系统能够使整机制动性能提高,提高了行驶的安全性。
Aiming at the problem that a certain six-axis all-terrain crane has a long braking distance when the braking performance test is calibrated, the control mode of the first two axes ABS is improved and the braking force of the brake control system is optimized so that the all-terrain crane satisfies GB 7258 and GB 12676 for road vehicles braking performance requirements. Through the experimental verification, the improved and optimized system can improve the whole braking performance and improve the driving safety.
