预算信息公开是政务公开的重要内容,本文从预算公开的渠道建设视角,论述了利用电子政务平台进行预算信息公开是最优的模式,能够保障预算公开的完整性、统一性、及时性、准确性、权威性。并论证了构建政府、财政部门、职能部门、人大等预算信息公开平台,为公众提供多个权威获取预算信息的渠道,才能有效保障公众的知情权、参与权和监督权。
The disclosure of budget information is an important part of the openness of government affairs. From the perspective of channel construction, this paper discusses that using the e-government platform to disclose budget information is the optimal model, which can guarantee the completeness, unity, timeliness and accuracy of budget disclosure Sexual, authoritative. The author also demonstrates that it is an effective way to protect the public’s right to know, participate and supervise effectively by establishing a public platform for budgetary information such as the government, finance department, functional department and NPC and providing the public with multiple authoritative sources of budget information.
