分别采用聚醋酸乙烯酯、聚苯乙烯及聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯作致孔剂制备苯乙烯/二乙烯基苯共聚物(大孔树脂)。通过扫描电子显微镜与压汞法研究了这种大孔树脂的形态与孔结构。对大孔树脂的显微照片分析表明:共聚物的形态依赖于交联剂的用量及致孔剂的性质和用量,而提取过程只改变树脂的孔结构但不改变其形态。从树脂的孔结构参数可以看出,树脂的孔结构同样明显地与聚合条件有关。根据实验结果,讨论了用线型聚合物作致孔剂的悬浮聚合时树脂中大孔的形成机理。
Styrene / divinylbenzene copolymers (macroporous resins) were prepared using polyvinyl acetate, polystyrene and polymethylmethacrylate as porogen. The morphology and pore structure of this macroporous resin were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and mercury intrusion porosimetry. The macroporous resin micrographs show that: the morphology of the copolymer depends on the amount of crosslinker and the nature and amount of porogen, and the extraction process only changes the pore structure of the resin without changing its morphology. It can be seen from the pore structure parameters of the resin that the pore structure of the resin is also clearly related to the polymerization conditions. According to the experimental results, the formation mechanism of macropores in the resin during the suspension polymerization using linear polymers as porogen was discussed.
