今年六月,对北京人来说,或许是一个黄梅之月。在这个月里,我省精心组织的五台风姿各异、摇曳缤纷的黄梅戏联袂进京,登台演出,举行为期半个月的“安徽黄梅戏优秀剧目进京展演”。这是去年我省开展“黄梅戏艺术年”创作成果的一次大展示;是多年来我省发展黄梅戏艺术向首都人民的一次大汇报;也是实施以黄梅戏为龙头,带动我省文艺事业发展繁荣的一次大检阅。 近年来,在邓小平文艺理论的指引下,为落实党的十五大提出的建设社会主义文化、加强社会主义精神文明的任务,我省确立了“打好徽字牌,唱响黄梅戏,建设文化强省”的文化发展战略目标。并采取了一系列重要措施: 一是把发展黄梅戏作为实施文化发展战略的重点。在实施我省跨世纪发展目标中,把发展黄梅戏事业放在加快文化事业的优先和突出地位,以黄梅戏事业的发展促进整个文化事业的发展,以黄梅戏创作的繁荣带动整个文化事业的繁荣。省委、省政府加快文化事业发展的决定中专门强调了黄梅戏事业的发展,组织开展了发展黄梅戏的专题调研,着手制定振兴黄梅戏艺术事业发展纲要,坚持出新人、出新戏、出效益。 二是把加大黄梅戏创作力度作为文艺工作的重点。我省去年开展组织了全省性的“黄梅戏艺术年”活动,调动各方面的积极性,同时推出6台新剧目,在省城展?
