2008年,新《劳动合同法》颁布实施,在维护用人单位合法权益的同时保障劳动者人身财产不受侵害是新《劳动合同法》的主要宗旨。在《劳动合同法》中,企业工会组织被赋予一定的权利,同时该法律的顺利执行离不开企业工会工作的有效开展。本文首先就《劳动合同法》中工会的权利与作用进行叙述,在此基础上提出了如何更好地发挥工会的权利与作用。
In 2008, the promulgation and implementation of the new Labor Contract Law, which protects the legitimate rights and interests of employers while protecting the personal and property rights of workers, is the main purpose of the new Labor Contract Law. In the “Labor Contract Law”, trade union organizations in enterprises are given certain rights. At the same time, the smooth implementation of the law can not be separated from the effective development of trade unions in enterprises. This article first describes the rights and functions of trade unions in the Labor Contract Law, and on this basis proposes how to give full play to the rights and roles of trade unions.
