含卵清蛋白(OVA)抗原的聚L-乳酸微球是采用双乳剂蒸发法制备的,并采用逆流淘析法将其分成不同大小。将含抗原的微球经腹腔和皮下免疫小鼠,分别检测小鼠血清中的抗-OVA滴度以评价微球大小对抗体产生的影响。
Poly-L-Lactic acid microspheres containing ovalbumin (OVA) antigen were prepared using a double emulsion evaporation method and were separated into fractions by reverse phase elutriation. Antigen-containing microspheres were immunized intraperitoneally and subcutaneously to detect the anti-OVA titers in mouse sera to evaluate the effect of microsphere size on antibody production.
