今年是《中华人民共和国统计法》正式颁布30周年。30年来,顺应改革开放和经济社会发展的需要,《统计法》又先后于1996年5月和2009年6月经八届人大常委会十九次会议和十一届人大常委会九次会议作了两次修改。《统计法》颁布实施30年来,全国上下认知统计、支持统计的意识和氛围逐步增强,统计职能不断强化,统计力量显著增强,统计地位和作用明显提升。特别是十一届人大常委会九次会议修改后的《统计法》明确“国家统计局根据工作需要设立的派出调查
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the official promulgation of the ”Statistical Law of the People’s Republic of China.“ In the past 30 years, in conformity with the requirements of reform and opening up as well as economic and social development, the Statistics Law has successively passed the 19th meeting of the 8th NPC Standing Committee and the 9th meeting of the 11th NPC Standing Committee in May 1996 and June 2009, respectively Twice modified.
