研究了以内蒙古露天煤矿区土壤为供试土壤,以苜蓿为宿主植物的8种丛枝菌根(AM)真菌对苜蓿生长及养分吸收影响的盆栽试验,通过对比分析,筛选出对苜蓿吸收养分促进作用最为显著的菌种.并对接种不同AM真菌的植株的菌根侵染率、菌根依赖性等相关指标和植株各部分养分含量的测定,发现接种G.intraradices和接种G.mosseae3个菌株的处理菌根侵染率显著高于其他处理;接种G.mosseae(BGC XJ01)后苜蓿的地上部氮、磷、钾含量和地下部的氮吸收量明显高于其它处理和空白对照.结果表明:8种供试AM真菌中G.mosseae(BGC XJ01)能够显著促进苜蓿的养分吸收.
