在高校的篮球教学活动中,教师可以使用分层升降教学方法对学生进行培养,篮球运动是一项对身体素质和技术指标要求都很高的运动,教师以每个学生的身体素质和技术水平为依据,利用分层升降理论为教学思想,可以在培养学生对篮球运动兴趣的同时,在很大程度上提高篮球课的教学效果。本文通过对具体对象进行研究,得出了分层升降教学法在高校篮球教学活动中是切实可行的结论。
Basketball teaching activities in colleges and universities, teachers can use stratified elevation teaching methods to students, basketball is a physical quality and technical indicators are demanding sports, teachers in each student’s physical and technical level As the basis, using stratified ascending and descending theory as teaching thought, we can improve the teaching effect of basketball class to a great extent while cultivating students’ interest in basketball. Through the study of specific objects, this thesis concludes that stratification and ascending teaching method is practicable in college basketball teaching activities.
