高职院校资产流失呈现形式上的公开性、表面上的合法性和存在的隐蔽性等特点,这既有学校资产管理认识偏差和体制因素,又有学校资产被闲置的客观存在。只有强化学校资产保护意识、完善学校资产管理制度、活化存量资产使用价值潜力、提高管理者素质和业务水平,才会有效预防学校资产流失。
The loss of assets in higher vocational colleges shows the formal openness, the appearance of legitimacy and the concealment of existence, which not only has the understanding of institutional assets management deviation and institutional factors, but also the objective existence of school assets being idle. Only by strengthening the sense of asset protection in schools, improving the system of school assets management, activating the potential value of the stock of assets, and improving the quality and professional level of managers, can we effectively prevent the loss of school assets.
