GS11型CCPD2048位全固体化摄象机系电子部44所85年6月鉴定的科研成果项目之一。该产品具有兰光响应好,光谱范围宽、分辨率高、响应均匀性好、信噪比高、体积小、重量轻,功耗低等特点。该产品采用本所研制的光电二极管阵列2048位CCPD器件作为光电转换部分,驱动电路采用中规模集成电路元件,信号处理采用取样保持电路。该产品设计合理,生产工艺重复性好,性能稳定可靠,它广泛用于航空遥感遥测,文字识别,图象传
GS11-type CCPD2048 all-solid-state camera Department of Electronics 44 in June 85 identified one of the scientific research projects. The product has good blue light response, wide spectral range, high resolution, good response uniformity, high signal to noise ratio, small size, light weight, low power consumption. The product uses the 2048-bit CCPD photodiode array developed by our institute as the photoelectric conversion part, the driving circuit adopts medium-scale integrated circuit components, and the signal processing adopts a sample-and-hold circuit.
