目的 :探讨慢性下肢溃疡的发病机理及其治疗。方法 :采用中西医结合疗法 ,对照组 32例 ,以五神汤加减合并象皮生肌膏纱条局部外用 ;治疗组 4 3例 ,中药、外用药同对照组 ,结合静脉输液 (消栓灵 0 .56u ,加入生理盐水 4 0 0ml,罂粟碱 6 0mg ,加入生理盐水 10 0ml)。结果 :对照组总有效率为 53.12 % ,治疗组总有效率为 83.72 % ,明显优于对照组。结论 :慢性下肢溃疡以中西医结合治疗为宜。
Objective: To investigate the pathogenesis of chronic ulcer and its treatment. Methods: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, the control group of 32 cases, the Wushen Decoction and elephant skin myogenic cream gauze topical; the treatment group 43 cases of traditional Chinese medicine, external use with the control group, combined with intravenous infusion 0. 56u, adding normal saline 400ml, papaverine 60mg, adding saline 10ml). Results: The total effective rate of the control group was 53.12%, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.72%, which was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: The treatment of chronic lower extremity ulcer with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is appropriate.
