本文叙述了大庆轻烃回收装置冷却水系统存在的结垢和腐蚀问题。在实验室水质稳定工作的基础上,确定了有机膦系复合配方水处理方案,经一年的工业性试验,证明此方案对大庆油田的水质稳定有显著的效果。
This article describes the scaling and corrosion problems in the cooling water system of Daqing light hydrocarbon recovery unit. Based on the laboratory work on water quality stability, the scheme of water treatment of organic phosphine compound formula was determined. After one year of industrial experiment, it has been proved that this scheme has significant effect on water quality stability of Daqing Oilfield.
