目的:通过研究妇幼信息系统对体弱儿工作模式、工作流程、质量控制、绩效考核及工作效率的影响,全面评估体弱儿信息化管理的有效性。方法:采用现场查看、应用体验、调查表、深入访谈等方法进行研究。广泛收集资料,选取使用情况好、中、差单位各3个进行现场查看、应用体验以及发放调查表。结果:体弱儿信息化管理工作流程简化,质控质量提高,实时绩效考核,工作效率提高。结论:妇幼信息平台可提高体弱儿管理效率,改变体弱儿的工作管理模式,是未来发展的趋势。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effectiveness of information system for infants and children in information management through the research on the impact of MCH system on working model, work flow, quality control, performance appraisal and work efficiency of infants. Methods: Using on-site viewing, application experience, questionnaires, in-depth interviews and other methods. Extensive collection of information, select the use of good, medium and poor units of 3 for site visits, application experience and the issuance of the questionnaire. Results: Weakening children information management workflow simplification, quality control, real-time performance appraisal, work efficiency. Conclusion: MCH information platform can improve the management efficiency of frail children and change the work management mode of frail children, which is the trend of future development.
