近几年,高校学报倍受批评,且将“学术自留地”归结为主要原因之一。为了了解高校学报“学术自留地”程度到底有多严重,作者以样本数据调查的方法,客观地展示了不同层次、不同类别的高校学报校内稿件和校外稿件的比例状况。结果发现,高校学报平均内稿比例大约为三分之一,而且各学报之间差异很大;影响学报学术质量的主要原因在于稿件本身的质量,而不在于稿件姓“内”还是姓“外”。
In recent years, journals of colleges and universities have been criticized for a long time, and one of the main reasons has been the “academic reservation”. In order to understand how serious the degree of academic journal “academic retention area ” is in the end, the author objectively demonstrated the proportion of manuscripts in university journals and off-campus manuscripts by means of sample data survey. The results showed that the average percentage of manuscripts in university journals was about one third, and the differences among journals varied greatly. The main reason that influenced the academic quality of journals was the quality of the manuscript itself, not the manuscript’s surname “outer”.
