目前我国很多公安院校都在探索未来人才培养的模式,通过研究认为公安院校未来的人才培养要以确立服务于公安工作、以实战导向的办学指导思想。人才培养目标应定位为“综合型”和“应用型”。此外,还要丰富教学内容、改革教学方法。在职培训和学历教育结合的道路是我国公安教育发展的必然。
At present, many public security institutions in our country are exploring the mode of future personnel training. Through research, we think that the training of personnel in the future of public security colleges should establish the guiding ideology of serving the public security work and actual combat orientation. Personnel training objectives should be positioned as “integrated ” and “applied ”. In addition, we should enrich teaching contents and reform teaching methods. The combination of on-the-job training and academic education is the inevitable development of public security education in our country.
